Best Practice's

The institute always thrives and eager to offer the best services to all the stakeholders which include practices for social development, student development, awareness programs for the public etc.

The practices of the institute make the brand in the student community and create the differentiating factor among the several institutes of the teachers’ education program.

Though institute runs the several best practices, here two have been discussed

Social Cause: Donation Drive for the Orphanage:

  • The institute every year conducts the program for the general public under the social cause. The every institute has to give back to the society in kind for the community development and it’s the social responsibility of the organization. Under this, the institute conducts the donation drive for the orphanage and offers the help to the needy children residing in such orphanage.

    • The objectives of the donation drive are:

  • ✔  To inculcate the habit of “giving back” to the society among the students.
  • ✔  To make the students acquainted with the societal issues and work on resolving such issues.
  • ✔  To assists the society in several aspects for the development
  • ✔  Ground facility for Sports is also available
  • ✔  To help the needy and underprivileged parts of the society

  • In this, the students visit the orphanage and conduct the orientation program for the orphans. In it the institute conducts the various games, fun activities and other entertainment activities along with the health awareness program, program on importance of personal hygiene etc. The institute donates the various things as per their requirements. The requirements include water bottle, food, computers, water tank, etc.

    • Student Development Activity:

  • The student development activities are necessary for preparing the students for future. The institute undertake and conducts the several such activities comprising of social responsibility, working with the community for social development, enhancing professional capabilities through personality development programs and communication skills, entrepreneurship development programs, IT skills, youth empowerment, disaster management, soft skills program, youth festivals and many. The institute always takes many efforts to develop the students and mold them in a personality which helps in developing the nation ultimately.

  • Among several such programs and events run by the institute, the best are “Earn and Learn Scheme” and the other is “Nirbhay Kanya Abhiyaan”.

  • Earn and Learn Scheme: The institute runs a program of “Earn and Learn” as per the set guidelines by the SPPU Pune University for the students from weaker section. The main theme of the scheme is to develop a student as a multi-skilled personality with the academic excellence and a commitment to constantly changing society. The scheme is basically for the benefit of the student who comes from the rural and remote places. These are economically backward, deprived but meritorious and are unable to afford the education. In this students do the work and get some money as per the set guidelines. With such programs students develops a habit of work at the right attitude. The scheme runs by the institute throughout the year for the student development.

    • Nirbhay Kanya Abhiyaan: The scheme is planned and introduced by the SPPU Pune University for developing the confidence and good personal qualities of the girl students of the institute. In India, the most of the girls come from the rural and remote places to pursue their education. The central theme of the scheme is to develop the critical thinking, self-confidence while living in the vibrant environment. The girls are imparted with training in various life skills and health education for preparing them for future. The girls learn various skills through these programs which includes self-defense, techniques to identify the fake people etc.

    These activities are basically run and conducted under the structured guidelines provided and communicated by the affiliating university; which helps the students to develop and prepare for the future in uncertain and challenging environment
